Online Forum (Email Discussion List)
We have an online forum as an additional means of support. While it's focused on our members, anyone on the Internet, who is affected by a mood disorder, is welcome to join it.
While Internet support groups are helpful, they cannot really take the place of “in-person” support groups such as ours. And support groups, in turn, cannot really take the place of proper psychiatric treatment.
